MacUpdater hit end-of-life on January 1st, 2026, and I’m probably more OCD than most when it comes to keeping my apps up to date — so losing it was a real problem for my daily workflow. In this video I walk through why MacUpdater mattered, what I needed in a replacement, and a first look at what I’m testing right now (still beta).
